Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or Gift Card on any item/s that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition.
Please note all refunds are processed back onto the original form of payment.
If you are a New Zealand customer and purchased your item/s online or in store you can return or exchange item/s at your nearest Wild Pair store.
Provided that:
- a) the item/s are unworn
- b) the item/s has all of the barcode swing tags intact - please don't remove barcode swing tags if you are thinking of sending them back.
- c) shoes are returned in their original shoe box
- d) you provide proof of purchase – this would be your Wild Pair Receipt or your Online Order Confirmation.
- e) the item/s are returned within 30 days of purchase
In accordance with your legal rights and depending on the circumstances of your return we will repair, replace or refund any justified complaint where goods are found to be faulty as to quality or performance.

Returns by post – New Zealand Customers
If you have purchased online or via our instore Mail Order service. You can return any item ordered for a refund or exchange:-
Provided that:
- a) the item/s are unworn
- b) The item/s has all of the barcode swing tags intact - please don't remove barcode swing tags if you are thinking of sending them back.
- c) shoes are returned in their original shoe box
- d) you provide proof of purchase – this would be your Wild Pair Receipt or your Online Order Confirmation.
- e) the items are returned within 30 days of purchase
New Zealand Customers – please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your item, clearly stating if you want a refund or exchange. Turn the courier bag inside out and pop your item you are wishing to return inside. Attach the Free Post Returns label you received with your order to the outside.
Take your parcel to any NZ Post Shop, please remember to take note of the PE* reference number, this is your tracking number. Parcels normally take between 3-5 working days to be received back to us.
*Important – if for any reason your return goes missing, without the PE reference number we will be unable to track your parcel and unable to process your return. Please remember to take note of this number and keep it in a safe place.
You shall receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed. This normally takes between 1-2 days from the time we have received your parcel.

Australian & USA Customers
If you have purchased online please feel free to return any item you are not totally happy with for a exchange or refund:-
Provided that:
- a) the item/s are unworn
- b) The item/s has all of the barcode swing tags intact - please don't remove barcode swing tags if you are thinking of sending them back.
- c) shoes are returned in their original shoe box
- d) you provide proof of purchase – this would be your Online Order Confirmation.
- e) the items are returned within 30 days of purchase
We recommend that you post your item back using a trackable service, as for the unfortunate event your item does not arrive we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.
Please note that return delivery costs from Australia and USA are at the customers' expense.
