I have purchased a top and have changed my mind, can I return it?

If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, we would be happy to exchange it for another style, colour, size or a Wild Pair credit note provided that:
- You have returned the goods within seven days
- You have the original receipt
- The goods are unworn and undamaged



My boots seem to be faulty, what can I do?

If an item is faulty, our policy is to repair the item to the same standard as the original quality. If an item cannot be repaired and provided you have the original receipt we will replace or refund your purchase. Where genuine wear and tear is the cause of the fault unfortunately we will not be able to offer a repair, replacement or a refund.



I purchased a pair of shoes that fitted me in the store but after I had worn them to work for a few days they seem too small - can I change them?

If footwear has been worn we are unable to exchange them. We recommend that you try footwear on around your house on carpet to be sure that you have the right size - that way you can be sure that they remain completely undamaged.



IN STORE RETURNS POLICY:

Wild Pair will exchange unworn and unmarked goods when accompanied by the original receipt and returned within seven days of purchase.

We cannot return goods where:
- Goods have been worn
- Goods have been damaged after purchase

In accordance with your legal rights and depending on the circumstances of your return we will replace or refund any justified complaint where goods are found to be faulty as to quality or performance

None of the above affects your rights under the consumer guarantees act.
